Recovery Cryo Gel

Our recovery gel is specially designed to speed up muscle recovery after exercise. How to use it?

1. Apply : on clean, dry skin, ideally after a shower, apply the gel to the muscles that have been worked (calves, thighs, knees, etc.).
2. Massage : massage generously in circular movements until fully absorbed to stimulate microcirculation.
3. After exercise : use immediately after your session to relieve muscle tension and quickly restore a feeling of lightness to your legs.
